The highest corpus of Zemun International Salon of Caricature is its Council founded on September 19th 1996. The Council always had five to seven members, and since first day it`s first man was Stojadin Mirkulovski, president.
Director of Zemun International Salon of Caricature also is the member of the Council, and his main goal is to found money for normal work of the institution. Directors of Salon were Dragoljub Milošević (1996-1999) and Dr Zoran Milinković (from 2000 until 2010). Since 2010 the director is Branko Najhold, founder of Salon.

STOJADIN MIRKULOVSKI
Born in 1953 in Ristovac near Vranje. He lived in Skoplje and in Belgrade, and in Zemun he is living since 1990. He graduated on the School of mechanical engineering in Zemun and now is a successful businessman, the owner of "ZID prom” enterprise. Since 2003 he is the member of Rotary Club in Belgrade.

DRAGOLJUB MILOŠEVIĆ
Born in 1936 in Banatsko Karadjordjevo, in Zemun is living since the boyhood. He graduated on University for defectology in Zagreb and doctorate on Sport’s Academy in Belgrade. He was active sportsman playing volleyball, and later he was outstanding public, political and sport worker. Wrote and publish three poet books.

Dr ZORAN MILINKOVIĆ
Born in 1961 in Zemun. He graduated and doctorate on the famous Bokoni University in Italy. Since 1983 is living and working in Bergamo (Italy) but the connections with his native town he never brokes. He found Rugby Football Club "Zemun" in 2004. He wrote and published several dictionaries and lingvistic reference books. Was a member of international juries on the cartoon competitions in Salo (Italy) and Zemun.

VOJISLAV VASOVIĆ
Born in 1960 in Zemun. The owner of the "Royal color" enterprise and coowner of the "CSR Fagus" factory. Member of the Council of Zemun International Salon of Caricature was from 1996 untill 1998.

MILAN JANKOVIĆ
Born in 1956 in Zemun, graduated on the University of Economy in Sarajevo. Since 1991 he is in business and nowadays he is the owner of success enterprise "Lido - company". Also, he is the president of Economy Chamber of Belgrade since 2000. Member of the Council of Zemun International Salon of Caricature was from 1999 until 2000.

MILAN JAN
Born in 1954 in Zemun, graduated on the University of Economy in Belgrade and today is one of the most successful businessman in Zemun, the owner of "Fincom" enterprise, auto center "MM" and glass factory “Zvezda”. Also he is the owner of the Gallery "107" and outstanding art collector. The member of the Council of Zemun International Salon of Caricature is since 2000.

DRAGAN STOJKOVIĆ
Born in 1953 in Sarajevo, since 1969 he is living in Zemun. He is the owner of publishing house "Most Art". From 1999 untill 2003 he published important newspapers "Chronicle for Zemun". He was one of the founders and the president of local political party "League for Zemun" and the vice-president of association Club of Zemun Home Culture. The member of the Council of Zemun International Salon of Caricature is since 2003.

MILAN PETROVIĆ
Born in 1965 in Belgrade. He studied on Electrical engeneering University. Success businessman, he is the owner of "D’affairi" enterprise. The member of the Council of Zemun International Salon of Caricature is since 2004. He is director of Rugby football club “Zemun”.

PREDRAG PROKOPLJEVIĆ
Born in 1973 in Belgrade. Graduated from the High School of Philosophy  in Belgrade. He worked as a journalist in several newspapers and magazines and now is employed in local Municipality of Zemun. Member of the Council of Zemun International Salon of Caricature since 2011.
